Pressing shielded from the air (press under carbon dioxide), fast and quite smoothly, of ripe grapes. Musts are filtered before the alcoholic fermentation to make, only, grape juice ferment. Breeding and mature in oak (25% new oak) during 18 months, stirring of the lees. The long breeding on white wines brings us a lot of stability and a very good ageing.
Yellow with gold tints, brilliant and clear.
White flowers, fresh butter, hazelnut, delicate woody smell and lemon-grass.
Well fruited wine, rounded perfect balanced with the acidity which gives a good length to the wine.
Fish in butter sauce, Serrano ham.
1 to 7 years.
