Just below Corton Bressandes, this plot of land is exposed South / South east, at the middle of hill-side on clay soil with weak granulosity. The vineyard was planted in 1960.
Cold maceration under protection of carbon dioxide to protect the precursors of aromas . Fermentation in tank with managed temperature. Punching of the cap and pumping-over during the vatting time (35 to 40 days). Soft and delicate pneumatic pressing. Maturing in oak barrels during 16 months. Tangential filtration.
Small red and black fruits (raspberry, blackberry), peony.
Well-built, endless length.
