On the mountain of Corton, the vineyard was planted in 1958 and is situated in 300m of height on a ground reddish and rocky, offering to the Pinot noir the its full blooming.
Cold maceration under protection of carbon dioxide to protect the precursors of aromas . Fermentation in tank with managed temperature. Punching of the cap and pumping-over during the vatting time (35 to 40 days). Soft and delicate pneumatic pressing. Maturing in oak barrels during 16 months. Tangential filtration.
Intense deep red.
Rounded and generous. Bouquet with spicy and fruity notes (blueberry, kirsch cherry).
Powerfull, frank, and structured.
